NOTICE PERIOD FOR TERMINATION OF LEASE AGREEMENT IF MUTUALLY ACCEPTABLE ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE REACHED TO CONTINUE OCCUPANCY UNTIL SAME IS FINALIZED AND COMPLETELY EXECUTED AS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH HEREINABOVE THEREAFTER TWO MONTHS NOTICE SHALL BE GIVEN ENSURING A SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF TIME FOR ANY LEGAL DOCUMENTS TO BE DRAWN UP AND FULFILLED CORRESPONDINGLY.
