Sale of forest land and other area classified as miscellaneous land in the cadastral district of Buršice, municipality of Kolinec, district of Klatovy. The property is parcel number 253, a forested plot measuring 5.147 m² and parcel number 376/2, an 'other area' measuring 48 m². Total size of both plots amounts to 5.195 m². Both parcels do not border each other directly. The forested plot lies on slightly sloping terrain with access via unpaved state road from above and partially paved forest path below that crosses through it forming part of its perimeter. According to valid Forestry Act regulations there grows spruce and birch woodland aged 33 years old within this plot along with mixed stand consisting mainly out of birch trees but also some firs at age around 20 years plus another mixture including pine trees among others reaching up to about 11 year age class nowadays.
