Description
I am renting out a one room + kitchen studio apartment located at Svatopluk Čech Street number 514/122 in the Podhoří district of Zlín city. The monthly rental price includes all utility costs and amounts to 10,000 Czech crowns (CZK). A refundable security deposit equivalent to the first month's rent must be paid upfront which totals another 10,000 CZK. This accommodation unit becomes available for occupancy starting immediately upon signing the lease agreement.
