I am offering for sale through assignment of Future Contract Agreement

I am offering for sale in the form of assigning a Future Contract Purchase (FCP) agreement a modern unit in a newly built apartment house in the village of Velké Přílepy. The construction is at an advanced stage, completion is planned for Q2 2026. Main parameters of the apartment:
