The space is suitable for storing materials, parking trucks, placing containers etc. Good accessibility even for trucks. Upon agreement it's possible to have electricity brought in and place your own unit cell or container here. The premises can be locked down and there is camera surveillance available. Monthly rental fee is 3000 czk, deposit 3000 czk which needs to be paid one month prior.
