I offer available dates for summer recreation or rental of a three-bed caravan (extra bed for 2 people). The caravan is located on an extensive property in the village of Pikovice near Prague west in beautiful and peaceful surroundings by the river Sázava. The caravan is fully equipped with furniture, appliances, dishes, linens and other accessories. The caravan has water connection (including hot) and electricity supply. Price per short stay is 450 CZK per night + fee per person 150 CZK per night. Stay only one night incurs extra charge. Long-term rental price is 5,000 monthly + fee per person 1,500 CZK. Animals can be accommodated at our place with a fee of 120 CZK per night (short-term) or 800 CZK monthly (long-term). When booking we require deposit payment and for long-term rental we require bail money payment. In the fenced area it is possible to use parking lot (only one vehicle), shared fireplace with grill station, various outdoor sitting areas, children playground corner, solar showers. Swimming in the river Sázava about 150-200 meters away from the caravan.
