On behalf of the owner we are looking for someone interested in joining our new emerging community coliving project located in Brno district called Brno-Soběšice. We seek individuals who value nature and self-sufficiency principles. For such persons we offer non-traditional loft spaces available for rent which are part of a timber log cabin style house within city limits section Brno-město belonging to village Soběšice. This property sits at the edge of the forest at the beginning of a recreational area offering surrounding nature integration. Offered space has an area size of 40m2 but considering roof slopes actual usable surface equals approx 20m2 plus there is also access to a consumables storeroom measuring 10m2. Windows made of wood face all cardinal directions.
The living environment operates under passive heating from lower floors providing direct resistance heaters if necessary supplementary warming happens. Shower facilities can be used exclusively by occupiers dwelling upstairs.
