The village has a school, kindergarten, restaurant-bowling alley, vet clinic, shop, post office, public transport about 1 minute away from the house. Parking is available in front of the house. Available starting mid May. Rent is 7000 + utilities. Refundable deposit equals twice the monthly rent. Please do NOT call real estate agencies!
