ATTENTION – Transparent sale by descending price: I don’t want to waste time negotiating. I have set up a clear system:
Every week I reduce the price by 10,000 CZK until the garage sells.
I will confirm reservation to whoever accepts the current price first. If you find it too high, you can wait for next week but risk being overtaken by someone else.
Technical parameters and reality:
Area: 18 m² (private ownership, direct owner, registered in cadastre).
Facilities: Electricity and water supply directly in the garage (rare in Prague, ideal for maintenance or DIY enthusiasts).
Gates: Remote control tilt-up gates (access to both property and garage).
Costs: Only fixed charges of 232 CZK/month.
Location: Nad Vodovodem 220/50, Prague 10 - Malešice.
State: The garage is in original condition, unpainted for decades (dust and patina see photo). Selling ‘as is’ including existing equipment and shelves. No cleaning or painting planned – this corresponds to chosen sales method.
Entry: Through metal driveway grates. Personally tested with Mercedes-Benz W124 cars, Škoda Fabia first and third generation models, Hyundai Getz vehicles.
