For now, you have to go downstairs to use toilet and shower facilities.
Includes basic furniture, kitchenette, stove and possibly also fridge.
RENT is 2700 without electricity and heating which uses wood burning stoves.
A monthly deposit of 500 CZK is collected for firewood briquette purchase that I can provide at lower cost by delivery. A separate monthly deposit of 700 CZK is collected for electricity consumption.
The water supply fee including sewage disposal costs amounts to 150 CZK per month. Internet connection fees amount to 250 CZK per month. The statutory fee for television and radio services is set at 200 CZK per month.
