The apartment unit has been renovated, it features new stucco work, paintwork and a kitchen line. A cellar belongs to the apartment. Monthly rental is 7,000 CZK, fees associated with using the apartment amount to 3,000 CZK. Electricity will be transferred to the tenant during the tenancy period. Upon signing the lease agreement, a refundable deposit of 20,000 CZK along with first month's rent must be paid. Real estate agency commission is covered by the tenant. The apartment unit is suitable for 2-3 people. Owner prefers working decent tenants.
