we are a young, decent couple looking for an apartment rental in Brno, ideally something cozy, modern and at least partially renovated simply a place where one feels good as soon as they step inside 😊
We envision an apartment with connected living room and kitchen + separate bedroom. It doesn't have to be fully luxuriously furnished but it would be nice even just basics (bed, wardrobe, sofa) because we want to gradually decorate it according to ourselves and make it our real home.
We also have a small dachshund puppy named Brownie (6 months old). She is very sweet, calm and well-behaved used to living in apartments she does not destroy anything we pay close attention to her most of the time when outdoors being honest if you saw her once you would fall in love immediately 😊
We are responsible working people who look for their first shared living space that will become fond memories later on treating your flat respectfully like it was ours own property
Budget: up to 13500 Kč per month + deposit amount equal single rent term please without realtor involvement
