It is also possible to rent one gate at CZK 8,000 (approx. 67.5 m²). Along with the rent it is necessary to pay an advance on services (water, electricity) amounting to CZK 5,000. Real estate agency fee amounts to CZK 19,360. Depending on the type of operation it may be required by the tenant to arrange reconditioning of the leased space at their own expense. Proof of debtlessness must be provided.
