Description
The Municipal Council of Horní Loděnice at its public meeting on March 12, 2026 approved by resolution No. 20/195 the following intention and conditions for the sale of land parcel number 431/1 - permanent grassland area of 1,286 m² in the cadastral district of Horní Loděnice (hereinafter referred to as 'the plot') for the construction of a family house for the needs of the winning applicant(s) and members of his/her household:
▪ The usual price for this plot was determined by an expert opinion from appraiser Ing. Ladislav Čech dated November 21, 2025 amounting to CZK 498 thousand.
The minimum offer price for purchasing this plot is CZK 498,000 and will be payable through lawyer's escrow account.
Applicants who can purchase the plot - only individuals - may submit their offers which must be delivered to the Municipal Office of Horní Loděnice at address 783 05 Horní Loděnice no. p. 114 until June 1st, 2026 by noon. The offer must be placed in a sealed envelope marked "DO NOT OPEN - Sale Parcel Number 431/1" .
