The newly created building lots in Malešov are located at an excellent location, some offering beautiful views over the entire Malešov. You won't find cheaper fully connected building plots with built communication or electricity around towns like Miskovice, Křesetice, Přítoky, Bylany that aren't several thousand square meters large or have nonstandard shapes or steep slopes or distant networks. The plots are connected to sewerage, water supply line and electricity. The zoning plan (area marked Z14) limits construction height to one above-ground floor plus residential attic space. Malešov has a railway connection to Kutná Hora. There is primary school and kindergarten here along with post office, shops and pub.
