Included in the rental price are built-in furniture items; air conditioning installed one year ago; shading awning on the balcony; built-in appliances in the kitchen; rent amount of 14000 Kč plus utilities. Security deposit equivalent to three months' rent. After complete repainting work will be completed for occupancy - pets not allowed.
