The apartment comes equipped with a kitchen unit and sofa bed in the living room. Water heating is provided by an electric boiler, while heating is solved using a gas boiler. An optical cable for high-speed internet has been brought into the apartment as well.
Upon signing the lease agreement, electricity and gas will be transferred over to you.
The monthly rent amounts to CZK 14,900 + utilities approximately CZK 3,000 per month.
When signing the lease agreement, please pay attention that there's refundable deposit amounting to CZK 30,000 plus commission fee paid to our agency which equals CZK 14,900 without VAT.
