I am renting out a partly furnished studio apartment located at Chodov, Sokolov, situated on a peaceful street within clean house named 'U Porcelánky' on first floor. Furnishing is negotiable upon agreement. The flat can be moved into immediately. Longer tenants preferred. Suitable for one person only, maximum two persons allowed. Price per month including all utilities and fees amounts to 10 thousand CZK/month. Tenant will pay deposit once as security bond of lease contract. Renting only to decent working people possible sale.
