Long-term rental of floodplain meadow for adventure tourism by the river

I am renting out long-term a floodplain meadow for adventure tourism along the Chrudimka River near the village of Klokočov (Seč). The land can also be used for beekeeping (static or mobile apiary), fuel wood production, wood storage, tent camping, children's camp or mobile caravan placement. There are forests, meadows, fields, streams and rivers nearby. The plot size is approximately 0.7 hectares (1.05 hectares). The property is semi-remote to remote location. Accessible by personal vehicle, coach and tractor. Available for recreation immediately. Rental price negotiable. I also offer firewood here (spruce, alder, willow). Update on March 16th, 2026.
