In exclusive representation of the owner we offer for rent a very nice apartment in a newly built residential house on Dolní Brána Street in Nowy Jicin.
Apartment located on the first floor of the building. The kitchen features a fitted kitchen unit equipped with built-in appliances (induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher). The bathroom has a shower stall, sink and toilet.
The apartment includes storage lockers on the ground floor of the building. Parking is possible directly in front of the house or you can park behind the house at paid parking lot (discounted monthly rate).
Rent price is set at 12500 CZK/month + advance payments for utilities consumption amounting to 4920 CZK. In total sum of 17420 CZK there is included both rent for apartment and its heating, cleaning common spaces within the building, advance payment for water consumption but mainly it also covers electricity consumption. SO YOU DO NOT PAY ANYTHING EXTRA.
Owner requires deposit equal to two months rents (35000 CZK), agency commission fee amounts to one month rent. Monthly rent must be paid always till 20th day in given month. Owner reserves right to select tenant according their chosen criteria.
