The apartment includes two balconies facing south, cellar storage space and a reserved parking spot directly at the house. The apartment is equipped with modern fitted kitchen unit including built-in appliances. The apartment can be moved into starting June 1st, 2026.
The monthly rental fee amounts to CZK 15,000 plus advance payments for utilities amounting to CZK 4,500 per month. A refundable deposit equivalent to CZK 30,000 must be paid upon signing the contract. Electricity will be transferred over to the tenant's name. We prefer non-smokers without pets.
