The apartment does not have furniture. To the apartment with balcony also belongs cellar box and bike room. Parking in front of the house. The house is connected to optical network and equipped with security camera system. Part of the house is spacious garden with pergola. By agreement it is possible to use the garden with sitting area. We prefer non-smokers working young couple without pets. Rent directly from owner, no agency fee! Rent CZK 15,500 / month (internet included) + service deposits CZK 4,000.- Required refundable deposit amounting to two rents.
