c) conditionally permissible - construction sites for family recreation such as cottages, garden houses and other structures related to family recreation provided that built-up area size (including paved terraces covered and uncovered) does not exceed 13% of total land area but maximum 60 sq m, however if lands larger than 500 sq m this maximum size is set to 100 sq m,
d) spatial arrangement conditions 36/47 - height of objects will not exceed 1,0 floors with gutter edge height max. 3,0 m above adjacent terrain and ridge height max. 6,0 m, one underground storey down to depth max. 3,0 m - - - proposed objects and facilities according to paragraph c) may be placed in buildable areas closest to 25 meters from boundary of PUFL, auxiliary structures like pergolas, paved surfaces and fences then closest to 5 meters from boundary of PUFL which applies also for land no.1627/12 and 1624/58 in cadastre district Písek however with proviso that mentioned auxiliary structures can reach max. 75 sq m when separating part of land already having realized or permitted recreational structure there won't be allowed another structure except fencing and essential transport and technical infrastructure and exception made for land no.1716/1 in cadastre district Písek which can be divided into two parts while even separated part allows construction according to paragraph c) max. 75 sq m change of utilization of surface Z.19 will be gradual i.e., by way of phased development stages towards free landscape starting from already used areas in minimum three phases,
e) non-permissible - all other functions and activities not listed above
