We offer rent of an apartment in Mimoň on Novopolní street No. 289 Apartment 3+1 with area of 72 m² The house underwent major thermal reconstruction in November 2025 where new insulated roof was created and overall insulation of the house. The apartment is located on the third floor, where there are three cellar boxes belonging to the apartment. Heating for the apartment is solved using electric heaters which due to insulation and fireplace are used minimally.
The apartment also has one parking space right behind the house on private land. Upon agreement it's possible to use garage that is situated as well on this plot.
Electricity costs for two people amount to 2500,- per month. I don't mind viewings but only serious candidates please contact me directly for more information upon arrangement.
Rent amounts to 19,000,- with condition that tenant will take responsibility for electricity bill and water consumption himself.
I require refundable deposit at rate of 38,000 CZK.
