Description
The first part of the land has been sold. It is possible to buy additional parts of the garden (see plan). 3): Offered plots are separate sections from original plot no. 846 and no. 855 (which I own). Most area of the plot is designated as garden according to zoning plan (ÚP). Smaller section is designated as field (low fertility, but ensures comfortable access).
4): Plot "B" consists of parcel 846/3 (420 m², garden) and parcel 855/6 (246 m², field); total thus 666 m². Price is total 306.360,-CZK (460,-CZK/m²). This plot is now RESERVED.
5): Plot "C" consists of parcel 846/2 (650 m², garden) and parcel 855/5 (247 m², field); total thus 897 m². Price is total 412.620,-CZK (460,-CZK/m²).
6): Plot "D" consists of parcel 846/1 (1.904 m², garden) and parcel 855/4 (394 m², field); total thus 2.298 m². Price is total 965.160,-CZK (420,-CZK/m²).
7): Negotiation also possible about purchase of field plot no. 855/1 (5.139 m², arable land). Price negotiable (can be combined with purchase of plot "D"). Call after 10.00 hours.
