I offer part of an apartment for long-term rental consisting of 2 separate rooms (out of a total of 5 in the apartment) with a total area of approximately 60 m². The unit includes a separate bathroom, wardrobe room, and balcony. The apartment is located on the second floor.
The rooms are equipped with everything necessary. There is being discussed the possibility of exchanging furniture according to the preferences of future tenants. One room has a fitted kitchen along with a refrigerator. Heating is provided by its own gas boiler, hot water supply is ensured by an electric water heater. Private parking space available. The apartment is situated in central Marianske Lazne next to city theater. Price per month including utilities: CZK 10,000 + electricity costs.
Utilities deposits when accommodated for two people amount to CZK 5,500 and for four people CZK 8,500 respectively.
It's possible to have small pet(s). Rental managed directly by owner himself.
