We offer exclusively for sale construction plots in the village of Ratměřice in the district of Benešov within the project "Under the Castle" which includes 13 building plots ranging in size from 712 m² up to 1045 m². According to the Municipal Development Plan all plots are designated for family home construction (the maximum number of storeys for family homes is 1 floors plus an attic living space). This new residential area offering beautiful views over the countryside will be built at a quiet edge of the village, on a southern slope beneath the castle park. Within the scope of the entire project, the municipality will install two interconnected roads with raised junctions made of granite paving stones at its own expense – to enhance safety. Parking spaces will also be created along these roads. Access ramps leading down to individual plots and parking spaces will be constructed using concrete paving slabs. Pedestrian paths will have surfaces made of gravel while the locality will feature a footpath paved with laid pavers towards the local castle. At the southern end of this locality, the municipality plans to build a new children’s playground and relaxation zone equipped with benches where people can sit and relax. Public street lighting will naturally be provided throughout. Utility networks (water supply, electricity distribution network, sewage disposal system) will run right up to each property boundary line. The whole design concept places emphasis on ensuring future residents enjoy security, comfort and everyday wellbeing.
