We are a Czech-Italian family living in southern Italy, on the outskirts of Policoro city and we offer guest house rental for short stays (4–6 people).
The cottage consists of a main room where there is a kitchenette, a sofa bed and a bunk bed with 2 beds.
Further small room with 2 beds, bathroom and porch.
Standardly equipped including bedding.
Par parking space available,

large garden suitable both for relaxation and sports activities.
We are located in the town of Policoro – Basilicata region at the coastline of Ion Sea.
From accommodation it's about 8 km to sea shore.
For several years now Policoro has been awarded Blue Flag designation which is an emblem indicating beaches or ports meeting standards related to environmental care.
To obtain this flag clean water quality and waste recycling are required while beaches must also have barrier-free access points as well as being equipped with medical facilities information centers entertainment elements toilets changing cabins etc
