I am offering for sale plot No. 286/3 in the cadastral area of Řepín village, registered as an orchard in the Land Register (KN). The land size is 4522 m² on slightly sloping terrain facing south. Accessible via municipal road. In 2021 most old diseased trees were removed and partial restoration was carried out. Several apple, pear and plum trees remain from original plantation while new apple, pear and few apricot saplings have been planted recently.
Aesthetic flaw exists due to former communist era landfill situated on adjacent property where small portion encroaches onto our offered lot. Waste has been covered by soil but occasional exposure occurs at some spots.
