The plots are designated under valid zoning plan as production and storage areas (VP - industrial production). It offers wide possibilities of use: construction of light or heavy industry complex, warehouse or manufacturing halls, processing plants (e.g., wood or metal), waste management facilities, gas stations, administrative buildings and other industrial constructions. Due to orientation and position these plots are also suitable for photovoltaic power plant construction.
In the past there was Keramo Aš porcelain factory on this spot which was demolished in 2014. Within the premises two drilled wells remain (depth 50 and 70 meters) along with remnants of original transformer station. Gas connection available at property boundary.
