Quick transport links and accessibility to local amenities nearby. Financial conditions: Rent 9,000CZK/month + service charges 2,500CZK/first person/month (+800CZK per additional person). A deposit equivalent to 9,000CZK required upon signing contract along with advance payment for rent plus services fees as well as agency commission amounting to 10,000CZK. Maximum seven people allowed to live in this flat. Serious applicants go through selection process.
