The cellar is approximately 250 m² and offers ideal conditions for wine aging and storage. Throughout the year it maintains a stable temperature of around 12°C and thanks to its natural humidity from nearby ponds creates an optimal microclimate with humidity of about 75-80%. The premises are dry, easily accessible and located in a quiet area. The cellar can be used for storing vegetables, fruits etc... It also has excellent conditions for mushroom cultivation.
