We offer you realization of modern type A cottages according to visualization.
The preparation and realization time (2 weeks at our site) and 2 weeks at your land.
In the offer there are several dimensions, the smallest (see visualization) is cottage A width 3,2 m x length 5,2 m in total price 259 thousand (including VAT and mounting on concrete pads or ground screws - depending on subsoil and location availability).
A complete execution and delivery includes everything like in the visualization except solar panels (with possibility of installation by an external company) including project documentation for construction announcement. It is also possible to design the structure as an object that is not firmly connected to the ground.
Also included is electrical connection. Not included is sanitary facilities and shower due to small internal layout size. For larger layouts, a bathroom is also part of it.
More types of interior wood paneling can be applied to the object, but priority is given to modern cladding materials.
Payment conditions - payments after two parts have been realized. You pay only for the result.
