I'm looking for rent of a family house or habitable cottage in Prague or surroundings (up to 25 km away). I am looking for home for my family that I will take care of as if it were mine.
What I offer:
Monthly rent: up to 20,000 CZK + fees.
Full maintenance: I am handy DIYer. All maintenance, repairs and improvement works on property and garden will be done by me at my own expense so owner doesn't have to worry about anything.
Purpose of cooperation: Looking for property where we would agree later transfer into personal ownership within 1-5 years horizon.
This offer is ideal for owners who don't want to deal with current construction condition of their house but still want stable income knowing that there is someone taking extra good care of their asset with vision towards future settlement.
