I sell a two-story house in Croatia on the island of Vir. There are two larger independent apartments - both have three rooms plus kitchenette (X+kk). Each apartment features two bedrooms, a living room combined with a kitchen area and one full bathroom. The property is located approximately 250 metres away from the sea shore. This residential unit was completely renovated recently. A bridge connects this part of Croatia directly to mainland Europe – crossing it does not cost anything at all! In fact there's an average number of around 300 sunny days every single year here which makes life very pleasant indeed especially during summer months when temperatures can reach up towards forty degrees Celsius but even then you won’t feel too hot because humidity levels remain quite low thanks largely due coastal breezes coming off Adriatic Sea waters nearby.
