From June there will be an interesting property for rent on the eastern outskirts of Jihlava. It is a hall that has served as sales and storage facilities for a large reputable car parts company for over 10 years, which can clearly be seen in the attached photographs. Of course, it would make sense to continue similar business activities here, but nothing prevents completely different use. There are 3 offices, a kitchenette and social amenities (toilet and shower) available. Additionally, there is also an entrance area for customers. The layout plan of this part of the hall is shown in the photos. Offices are heated by gas boiler heating systems while hot air heaters provide heating throughout the main hall section.
The total area amounts to 789 sqm with usable height at walls being 4 meters high and up to 6 meters in the middle - see cross-section drawing below.
