Due to our expanding family, we are seeking a larger flat in Nové Město na Moravě through this channel.
Our present home is a 2 bedroom + kitchen unit (~53 sq m) located on the ground floor level of an apartment complex.
We are exclusively considering swapping properties - specifically trading up to either:
a) a three room plus kitchen suite
or b) a three room open plan living space
with compensation paid out of our own funds towards covering the price differential between your property and ours.
