Hello, My friend and I are looking for a third roommate (a student) starting June 1st in an independent non-passable room. We both study at VUT University and will be entering our 3rd year.
The apartment is located on Podnásepní Street. The nearest stop is Vlhká - about a 5-minute walk away. It takes approximately 15 minutes to reach the Main Train Station by foot.
The rental price for the room is 9000 CZK + 1500 CZK utilities.
The apartment has been renovated nicely and comes equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. There is also shared courtyard space within the inner block area and shared basement storage suitable for storing your bicycle or similar items.
All you need to bring is your own bed or mattress - according to your preference. The rest of the furnishings are already set up in place. (We don't mind any modifications if interested)
