I am renting out an independent furnished room in the attic

I am renting out an independent furnished room in the attic of a family house with a balcony in a quiet location with excellent accessibility to Prague city center (by train approx. 30 minutes - Prague Main Station, by car approx. 20 minutes). There is shared use of: common kitchen, bathroom, toilet, WiFi, parking lot, well-kept garden available. All civic amenities can be found nearby, including shopping mall Billa with associated shops within walking distance approx. 5 minutes away, fitness center and other services. Furthermore there is a railway station located here - train line S9, Prague Integrated Transportation System, highway D1. Rent for the room amounts to: 8.500 CZK/monthly (including fees for utilities and energy consumption). I request payment of one month's rent upfront upon move-in.
