Water supply comes from municipal waterworks heated up via boiler tank.
On the property there's outdoor sitting area, barbecue pit along with spacious storage shed suitable also for tools. There's another unit on site supplied with running water, electricity and sewage ready to build sauna or additional accommodation space.
