The required rent is 23,000 CZK/month. The statutory refundable deposit will also be paid in the amount of 40,000 CZK. We offer for rent a practically equipped modern apartment 3+1 located on Jana Palacha Street in Mladá Boleslav. The apartment has an area of 75 sqm and consists of an entrance hall, a spacious living room with a kitchenette leading to a smaller room, bedroom, bathroom and glazed balcony. There are plenty of storage spaces available. Cellar space is also provided. The required monthly rent is 23,000 CZK plus 5,000 CZK to Prodomia company for house management services including cleaning and utilities (these payments will be made directly to the account holder). This fee includes advance payments for utilities which will then be settled via bank transfer upon receipt by the landlord. Additionally there will be payment of the statutory refundable security deposit in the amount of 40,000 CZK and agency commission equal to one month's rent (23,000 CZK). Last year usage costs were approximately electricity at about 1,6 EUR per day or gas at about half that cost based on consumption data collected during occupancy period when this four member family was using it.
