Are you looking for a warehouse that you can tailor precisely to your requirements, or space for light manufacturing or workshop? In Bocanovice we are preparing storage units which will be created through gradual reconstruction offering flexible solutions for business and storage purposes.
We offer total of 5 separate units available for rent. There remain 4 units approximately 93 sqm each and last one is 103 sqm large. The facility is currently undergoing renovation allowing us to fine-tune details specifically tailored to future tenant's needs.
Each unit has its own entrance suitable even for deliveries along with handling area right in front of the property providing parking options as well. Ceiling height will be around 3.5 meters ensuring enough room not only for storage but also smaller production activities.
Additionally every unit now includes facilities such as small office and restroom significantly increasing comfort during daily operations.
The project offers possibility of individual modifications like installation of air conditioning or additional heating based on specific tenant requests.
Renovations will take place gradually starting with completion of interior spaces within each unit followed by exterior work including final facade design per visualizations provided.
