I am selling a plot with a total area of 13.1533 hectares, located right at the entrance to the village of Vyšný Hrušov and surrounding the municipal cemetery.
A SLP has been issued for one part of the plot covering 2021-2030 The rest of the plot is overgrown former permanent grassland covered by forest trees in the form of woodland and it does not have an associated SLP attached to it.
I am only selling my share which covers an area of 123.001 m² (12.3001 hectares). The remaining share covering an area of 8.532 m² (0.8532 hectares) is owned by Roman Catholic Church.
