I am renting an apartment on Fugnerova Street No. 3 in Bilina which has a lift and is held under private ownership. The property will be let unfurnished at a monthly rental cost of eight thousand crowns including service charges based on the number of occupants residing there. Electricity costs shall be borne individually by each resident while security deposits amount to twenty thousand crowns payable upon execution of lease agreement together with initial payment due prior to commencement date thereof i.e., before moving into said premises effective as from any given calendar month commencing immediately after expiration period elapsed since last move out event occurred during current accounting cycle.
