The apartment has a floor area of 64 m² (including a 2 m² loggia) located on the 12th floor with beautiful views of the surroundings and the Vtáčnik Mountains. Both lifts have been replaced in the apartment house, one is for freight, and it's insulated. There is barrier-free access to the apartment. In 2021, there was reconstruction work done: partially changed electrical wiring, floating floors, plastic windows, interior doors, extended built-in bathroom unit made of masonry, new kitchen line and appliances, new furniture, pavement at the loggia. DISPOSITION: spacious living room, bedroom, kitchen with exit to loggia, storage room, bathroom with toilet, hallway and cellar. Tesco and Kaufland are within a 7 minute drive by car.
