From owner's position I offer for rent almost new beautiful sunny studio apartment starting from July 1st in Nuppu complex in Bratislava's Ružinov district. The south-facing apartment is fully furnished and equipped for one or two people. There is also no problem having a pet at home.
There is community laundry room available as well as common room for meetings, home office etc. within the complex itself. Directly inside the complex there are party space, café, barbecues, gazebos, sports facilities and dog run area. Nuppu is one of the most appreciated housing projects in the capital city.
Parkinig can be done free of charge about a minute away from the apartment. (There isn't any parking spot included but it might be possible to rent an external one within the complex). 'Stachanovská' bus stop is right next to the complex while another frequented 'Prístavný most' bus stop is approximately 5 minutes walk away. A brisk walk takes you around half hour to so called downtown area.
Rental price starts at €660 per person or €670 if occupied by two persons including all utilities and internet with WiFi access fee mentioned above repeated that this flat will be offered directly by me without paying commission fees to anyone else required usual standard way payment method requested which means due on every month 15th day prior rental period beginning deposit amount set upfront being equal to €600
Apartment remains booked until end June therefore viewing possibility becomes accessible only after first day of July provided obviously nobody decides upon signing lease agreement beforehand based solely off virtual tour experience since such situation has already occurred twice previously thus avoiding need seeing property live once again confirming visual appearance matches recorded footage perfectly throughout entire duration advertisement stays active contract hasn't been signed yet making accommodation subject availability under specified conditions questioning relevance current listing status unnecessary requirement asking whether information still valid doesn’t apply either
