We offer an apartment house directly in the thermal pool area

We offer you an apartment house located right on the premises of the Patince Thermal Swimming Pool. The apartment house was built in 2005 at a nice location near the outdoor pools of the swimming pool complex. The building consists of six apartments - three have capacity for 3 persons each, while another three can accommodate up to 5 people per unit. In total there are ten rooms available accommodating up to 24 guests simultaneously. Rooms feature air conditioning systems, insulated construction connected to all utilities except gas supply infrastructure. Photovoltaic panels rated at 10 kWp power generation capacity were installed on top of this structure's roof section as well.
