Long-term rental of cottage. The cottage is located in the southwestern tip of the Chřiby Mountains (Moravany u Kyjova, locality Kamenák). The property is used only for recreation. The cottage has a small 4+KK layout. On the ground floor behind the entrance door there is a hallway leading to the kitchenette, from which you can get through the living room into the bedroom. The bathroom with toilet has access both from inside and outside. In the upper floor there is one smaller pass-through room and another bedroom. Electricity (220V) is distributed in all rooms, and at the main entrance there is an electrical socket for 380V. Windows are new plastic ones. The cottage is partially cellared and has an L-shaped terrace that is not walkable on foot. At the rear part of the building there's workshop with its own entrance next to separate wooden shed standing beside it. Heating runs on solid fuel (new stoves as well as chimney), water comes from spring (after agreement also possible use neighbor's well), septic tank, plot size 350 m² . Part of land includes elevated parking space in front of cabin along with section driveway approaching house premises - this place offers ideal spot for car parking during your stay here!
