I am renting out a cottage long-term. The cottage is located at the southwestern tip of the Chřiby Mountains (Moravany near Kyjov, locality Kamenák). The property is used only for recreation. The cottage has a smaller layout of 4 + KK. On the ground floor behind the entrance door there is a hallway leading to the kitchenette, from which you can get to the living room and then to the bedroom. The bathroom with toilet has an entry both from inside and outside. In the upper floor there is one small pass-through room and another bedroom. Electricity (220V) is distributed throughout all rooms, and there is also a socket for 380V by the main entrance. Windows are new plastic ones. The cottage is partially basemented and has an L-shaped terrace that is not walkable. At the back of the building there is a workshop with its own entrance. Next to it stands a separate woodshed. Heating is on solid fuels (new stoves and chimney), water from a well (after agreement possible use of neighbor’s well), septic tank, land area 350 m². Part of the plot includes an elevated and reinforced parking space in front of the cottage and part of the access road. Kamenák is a sought-after recreational area. The nearby surroundings offer opportunities for hiking, mushroom picking, forest cycling, cross-country skiing in winter, swimming possibilities, fishing, visits to wine cellars etc. in more distant areas. There is also a tourist restaurant Myslivna nearby (https://kamenackamyslivna.cz/). All civic amenities can be found in the village of Moravany about 5 minutes drive away.
