It should be situated on a well maintained street and must be placed at decent location – NOT IN HUNGARY!
The maximum price limit per this property would be approx EUR 70 THOUSAND.
Payment method will be strictly CASH ONLY!
This search does NOT include any investment companies offering their services through RE/MAX network etc., so if your listing falls into such category then it won’t even reach my mailbox due being filtered out by spam filter beforehand,
or simply ignored because we don’t want our future home turned into some kind business venture where people come & go like tourists visiting amusement park rides...
